Phone Marketing is growing and constantly looking for new talent to strengthen our teams at our three sites:

Hammam Sousse (HQ), Tunis, Midoun (Djerba)... or remotely!

We conduct telephone market research (CATI) for clients across Europe, the Maghreb and the Gulf countries.

We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals who are comfortable speaking on the phone and able to carry out professional B2B and B2C surveys.

Who we're looking for

We are hiring multilingual telephone interviewers fluent in one or more of the following languages:

• German
• English
• French
• Italian
• Dutch

Desired level: native speaker, C2 or C1

Work location

• On-site: Hammam Sousse, Tunis, Midoun
• Remote: if you live outside these areas and have proper equipment (stable internet, headset, quiet workspace)

You’ll be trained on our tools and supervised remotely to maintain the same quality standards as on-site teams.
